We are pleased to inform you that all products of the Romantic Star are new, unused, and undamaged. Also, if there is any damage, please inform us within 3 days from the date of receipt. In case the customer wishes to return the intact product, exchange the product, or change the product specifications, the customer bears the full shipping costs. Products that cannot be returned: - The product after opening the manufacturer's packaging - The product after use or washing - If the shape of the product is changed or writing on the box, or the price tag (barcode) is changed, crossed out, or tampered with. It is our right not to accept the product. Return and exchange policy: The customer can exchange or return by contacting customer service. All accessories, instruction booklets, and other items must be included. The returned or exchanged goods must be complete with all accessories and in our original boxes. Tumbler cups with tea or coffee are not exchangeable or returnable. The refund will be via the original payment method within 3-20 days from the date we receive the returned product. For electrical devices: Warranty period for all electrical devices is two years from the purchase invoice date. During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions, maintenance should be done at the nearest authorized service agent or by shipping the product to us, with the customer bearing the shipping costs. Maintenance work will be completed within 14 days after receiving the product, according to the Ministry of Commerce system. Shipping and delivery: Red Box shipping company will deposit the order in the safe. Other shipping companies deliver to the doorstep in main cities; in small areas and villages, the order is received from the nearest pickup point. If the shipment or order is returned to the store due to non-receipt from the shipping company or incorrect delivery address, the customer bears the shipping and delivery costs.
